The institute imparts & offers training for 2 years full time Master’s Degree in Labour Studies. The examination – written as well as practical is conducted by Nagpur University. The course contents include an array of subjects to equip the students to handle & manage HR, IR, and Learning and Development.

Regional Labour Institute is a branch of LNML MILS, Govt. of Maharashtra that conducts the Two Years Full-time Master Degree program in Labour Studies. The course in labour studies is the oldest and one of the most prestigious courses to be offered by the RLI, Nagpur. This course has been designed as a perfect blend of Theory and Practical. This course aims to equip students with the competencies and practical skills required for Industrial relations and Human Resources managers. The major thrust areas are Labour Management, Labour Legislation, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, Human Resource Planning, Training and Development, Compensation Administration, and Employer-Employee relations. The combination of theoretical perspectives accompanied by practical exposure through Field/ Observation Visits, ESIC Placements, Concurrent Placement, Visit Govt. Offices, Study Tour and Internship training make our students perfect as per the requirements of the current scenario of the industry and confident enough to take up the challenges with a problem-solving approach.
