Deputy Director
Dr. P. Kadukar holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He has more than twelve years experience in the labor field. Possessing his academic training in disciplines such as Economics and Sociology. He is recognized Ph.D. guide of Mumbai University in the labour field. His research interest is Labour Economics, Labour Welfare, Managerial Economics, OSH, and Industrial Relations, etc. He teaches Labour welfare, Labour Economics, and Labour Research.
Dr. Atul S. Naubde

Dr. Atul N. holds M.Phil and Ph.D. in Economics from Savitribai Phule Pune University (formerly known as the University of Pune). He has more than ten years experience in the field of Training, Teaching, and Applied Research. He has made a wide contribution to the preparation of human development reports at the state and district level. His research interest is Human Development, Contract Labour, Child Labour, Industrial Economics and Development Economics, etc. He teaches Industrial and Managerial Economics, Labour Economics, and Labour Research and Statistics.
